How to Get Out of the Horrifying Debt Hole
Debt hole is a place no one wants to find him or herself in. It is dark and putrid; suffocating and claustrophobia-inducing. It's like the perfect setting for a Halloween horror movie. It is scary to say the least. And worst is, if you do not make the right decisions during your stay in this so called debt hole, you are most likely to become a financial casualty. The movie ends, the credit rolls, and you're name is plastered on screen deprived of a sense of dignity and missing the slightest dose of financial assurance. But you shouldn't be freezing in utter dread right now. Besides you are most likely a strong person who can deal with this horrific situation. And fortunately for you, there are two basic ways you can adapt to improve your chance at survival, and eventually lead you to become the protagonist that you were before the entire financial plot rendered you like the ultimate villain.
Stop Incurring More Debts- This is quite a simple idea. If you are already debt lade, the only logical thing to do is to stop acquiring things you can't pay for. By cutting your expenses, and prioritizing only your lifestyle essentials, at least for the time being, you will have more money to spare for debt payment. If you go on spending like you always have, not mindful of your debt responsibility and how you are making it worse, it is more than likely that one day you will wake up like a zombie who is gobbling on his or her flesh due to overwhelming debt payment responsibility. This is not the kind of horror scene you would wish to be a part of.
Stop Using those Plastic Cards- For as long as you carry those plastic cards in your pocket, chances are, every time you stumble upon something that attracts your fancy, you are going to swipe it like a weapon of choice. This weapon of choice is the exact same thing that can jeopardize your financial condition so you might as well get rid of it and find something more logical. Logical within the context of this piece translates to using cash which you actually own. During your payday, allot just enough cash to cater to your needs and to pay the bills. The remaining amount should be allotted to debt payment. If you do this and sustain the entire technique, one day you will realize that you have finally found your way out of the horror flick that has invade your life, onto a more promising romantic comedy involving a really nice girl or a really awesome guy, depending on your taste of course, who is debt free as you are.
Debt hole is the makings of a horror movie. To say that it's scary is truly an understatement. You deserve a better story. A story that will allow you to smile, laugh, dance, sing, and enjoy the many perks of life- most likely a musical.
